Sturdly
Pricing

Simple pricing. Clear next step.

Most businesses don’t need ten plans. They need to know whether the site can be remediated, whether it needs ongoing maintenance, or whether it’s big enough to need custom scope. Three options, written in plain English.

Most common
Fixed-price

Remediation

For WordPress sites with accessibility issues that can be fixed without a full rebuild. Most small-to-mid sites land between $4,500 and $9,500.

What’s not on the price tag

What we won’t charge you for, ever.

  • A compliance certificate, badge, or guarantee that you won’t be sued. Nobody can sell you that legally.
  • An overlay widget. They don’t fix the underlying site, and the FTC fined accessiBe $1M for claiming otherwise.
  • Long-term lock-in. Remediation is one-time. Maintenance is month-to-month with no contract.
  • The free scan. It’s genuinely free and you don’t need an account.

Pricing questions, answered.

Why fixed-price remediation instead of hourly?
Because hourly billing rewards us for going slow and punishes you for asking questions. A fixed price means we both know what we're agreeing to before work starts. If the scope changes mid-engagement (you ask us to do something extra), we re-quote and you decide.
What goes into the $4,500 floor?
It covers a typical small-to-mid WordPress site: 5–15 unique templates, standard theme, common plugins, contact / lead forms, and a known set of accessibility issues. Heavy page-builder sites, WooCommerce, membership portals, custom post types, or large content libraries push the quote higher. We tell you the number before any work starts.
Can I just pay for the monthly maintenance without remediation?
Only if your site has already been remediated (by us or someone else). Maintenance protects existing work — it can't substitute for fixing the issues that are there today. We'll tell you which path you need when you contact us.
What if I'm an agency with many client sites?
We have agency / multi-site pricing under Enterprise. Talk to us about volume and we'll scope it. We don't resell as a white-label widget — every site gets real engineering work.
Do you charge for the free scan?
No. The /free-scan tool is genuinely free, no signup, no card. It uses the same axe-core engine plaintiff firms use, so you'll see roughly what they'd see if they pointed their automated tools at your site.
What happens after I pay for remediation but before work starts?
We send you a one-page scoping document with the templates we're touching, the issues we'll fix, the QA plan, and the timeline. You sign off, work starts. If the scan turns up something we didn't anticipate, we flag it before we touch it.
