1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Sturdly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Sturdly provides automated WCAG accessibility scanning and AI-powered fix suggestions. Our reports are informational and do not constitute legal advice. Achieving WCAG compliance requires human verification in addition to automated scanning.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only scan websites you own or have explicit permission to scan. You may not use Sturdly to scan sites without authorization or for competitive intelligence gathering.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sturdly is provided "as is." We are not liable for any accessibility lawsuits, compliance failures, or damages arising from use of our service. Automated scanning cannot detect all WCAG violations.
