About Sturdly

Built by business owners, not compliance vendors.

We built Sturdly because we are business owners too. We know what it feels like when another technical risk gets added to an already full plate — especially one that can expose the business to legal and financial consequences. We understand the code, the pressure, and the importance of fixing issues before they become expensive.

Why we built this

We lead with accessibility because it is one of the largest unmanaged risks on the web right now. Federal courts logged 3,117 ADA website accessibility lawsuits in 2025, up roughly 27% year over year, and many more demand letters are resolved privately before they ever become public filings. Overlay widgets are not a real defense. Relying on automated “compliance” claims can create even more risk and put a target on your back.

Sturdly helps businesses take a more serious and defensible approach. If a demand letter ever arrives, you do not want to be starting from zero. You want documentation that shows ongoing, good-faith accessibility work: scans, code changes, remediation logs, issue tracking, timestamps, and a clear record that your business takes accessibility seriously. That is what we help you build.

We re-engineer websites so they are cleaner, faster, easier to maintain, and less dependent on fragile plugins or surface-level fixes. We scan for accessibility issues, explain what matters in plain English, make developer-ready fixes, and provide ongoing support so remediation is not treated like a one-time checkbox.

The goal is simple: give your business a fighting chance before a letter arrives, and a stronger position if one ever does.

From there, we can support the rest of your digital operation too: WordPress development, redesigns, SEO, generative engine optimization, advertising, lead acquisition, AI automations, and agentic workflows that take repetitive work off your plate.

We are not here to scare you and disappear. We are here to become the technical team behind your business when the website needs to work, the leads need to come in, the systems need to connect, and the risk needs to be handled properly.
