America has no single source of truth for ADA demand-letter activity outside California's CCDA — which only publishes aggregate counts. Sturdly is building a national, voluntary dataset so businesses and researchers can see which firms are filing, what's being demanded, in which industries, and where.

Aggregate by default. Your data feeds anonymized statistics (state, industry, firm, demand amount). Your business name and contact info stay private.
Publication is opt-in. We may feature your case as a study, but only after we reach out to confirm and you say yes.
Letter scans are routed privately. Files go to our support inbox for one-time moderator review — not stored long-term, never publicly served.
