Demand Letter Aggregation & Statistics

Help build the public ADA demand-letter dataset

America has no single source of truth for ADA demand-letter activity outside California's CCDA — which only publishes aggregate counts. Sturdly is building a national, voluntary dataset so businesses and researchers can see which firms are filing, what's being demanded, in which industries, and where.

  • Aggregate by default. Your data feeds anonymized statistics (state, industry, firm, demand amount). Your business name and contact info stay private.
  • Publication is opt-in. We may feature your case as a study, but only after we reach out to confirm and you say yes.
  • Letter scans are routed privately. Files go to our support inbox for one-time moderator review — not stored long-term, never publicly served.
